My syllabus didn't extract cleanly
Scanned or image-based PDFs go through OCR on a best-effort basis. Anything uncertain is flagged for your review, never auto-saved. If a date came out wrong, correct it on the review screen; Brio relearns from your fix.
Canceling, refunds, and the trial
Cancel any time from Settings. Access runs to the end of the paid period. The Free plan never expires and never asks for a card. The Pro trial is 14 days and downgrades gracefully; nothing is deleted.
Exporting or deleting your data
Settings → Data. Export gives you everything in open formats; delete is immediate and permanent. Your content never trains AI models.
Texting COOKED does nothing
BRIO Texts is in beta and rolling out gradually. Join the list from Settings → Text Check-ins and you're first in line. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
